2026 REGISTRATION OVERVIEW
EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION
- Dates: March 1 – April 30
- Registration Fee: $150 per athlete
- Raffle Requirement: $100 (Sell 10 tickets or Buyout)
- Volunteer Hours: 4 hours required per family
- Payment: $250
REGULAR REGISTRATION
- Dates: May 1 – July 15
- Registration Fee: $200
- Raffle Requirement: $100 (Sell 10 tickets or Buyout)
- Volunteer Hours: 4 hours required per family
- Payment: $300
POLICIES & REQUIREMENTS
RAFFLE FUNDRAISING POLICY
The annual raffle is our primary fundraiser. Each athlete must participate by selling tickets or opting for the $100 buyout fee at the time of registration.

- Medical Physical
- Proof of School District
PARENT CODE OF CONDUCT
Support our champions with positivity. All parents must adhere to CFA sportsmanship standards. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive behavior.
VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENT
Each family is required to contribute 4 hours of service per season. Duties include concessions, chain gang, and scoreboard operations during home games.
WAIVER & LIABILITY RELEASE
By enrolling in the Central Penn Crusaders program, parents/guardians acknowledge the inherent risks of youth athletics. A full medical release must be signed at the time of registration.
