Eligibility
The program is open to all student-athletes aged 5-13. Teams are organized by birth year to ensure safe and competitive play for every division.
Documentation
Before hitting the field, players must submit a current sports physical, birth certificate, and proof of school district verification for the 2026 season.

ORGANIZATION POLICIES
CODE OF CONDUCT
The Central Penn Crusaders maintain a zero-tolerance policy for unsportsmanlike behavior. Respect for coaches, teammates, and officials is the foundation of our program.
GEAR & COMMITMENT
Players are responsible for all issued equipment. Helmets and pads must be cleaned weekly. Attendance at all scheduled practices is mandatory to ensure team safety and readiness.

League Policies & Rules
Registration Refunds
All fees are non-refundable after the official start of practice week one. Prior to this, refunds are subject to a processing fee. Mandatory raffle buyouts are strictly non-refundable under league policy.
Gear Responsibility
Families assume full liability for the care and timely return of all issued league equipment. Damaged or lost gear (helmets, pads, jerseys) will result in a professional-grade replacement fee.
Zero Tolerance Policy
The Crusaders maintain an environment of respect and leadership. Verbal abuse, harassment, or unsportsmanlike behavior by any player or spectator results in immediate disciplinary review.
Player Attendance
Football is a team sport built on repetition and safety. Players missing more than 20% of scheduled seasonal practices without medical excuse may face reduced playing eligibility for game weekends.
Waiver & Liability Release
By registering for the 2026 season, parents and legal guardians acknowledge the inherent risks associated with youth football. I hereby Release, Waive, and Discharge the Central Penn Crusaders, its coaches, staff, volunteers, and the Bishop McDevitt High School from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of participation in any team activities.
I further confirm that the participant is in good physical health and I authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary during the course of the season. This agreement remains in effect for the duration of the player's enrollment in the program.
